Yes, we try to take into account the wishes of our customers regarding delivery time as much as possible. Please indicate your preferred time when placing your order and we will do our best to deliver within the specified time slot.
In case the recipient is not available at the specified address, our courier will wait up to 10 minutes. We will also attempt to contact the recipient by phone to clarify the possibility of delivery. If delivery is still not possible, the product will be returned to the seller the next day without any additional charge.
Most deliveries are made the next day after placing your order. The exact timing may depend on the distance and the current workload of the delivery service.
